Felix Chen
Hello! I'm a researcher at Princeton's
Center for Information Technology Policy, broadly interested in the intersection of technology,
society, and governance. Previously, I was a member of the
Allen Lab for Democracy Renovation, explored academic chatbots with the
Public Interest Tech Lab, and interned at
Project Liberty, where I worked on decentralized social technologies.
I received an A.B. from Harvard College in computer
science and government. During my time there, I analyzed
municipal data practices and their effects on constituent
trust, and was advised by Danielle Allen and Uma
Ilavarasan.
I'm interested in examining societal impacts of artificial
intelligence, technology-enabled access to justice, and
digital public infrastructure. I also have an
interest in the field of digital humanities, in particular
toward increasing the accessibility of the Classics. Some
of my previous projects are accessible
here.
